Q: How long does shipping take? A: Usually between 5 and 10 working days depending on where you live.
Q: Is there any delays? A: Very occasionally there may be some additional delays. This is due to the requirement of our Technicians to double check every peice of assembled equipment prior to shipping. Assembled equipment is checked, serviced, cleaned and tag tested if applicacable. Sometimes all of our technicians are off site which causes the delay. You will be notified of any possuble delay.
Q: How do i know how much freight will be? A: To check freight on any item you start the checkout process , shipping costs are quoted at the very first stage. You can back out easily and do it as many times as you like.
Q: Does the product come with Warranty? A: Yes, please check the details of the warranty on the product page.
Q: Do I need to be home to receive the products? A: Yes, you will need to be available. The freight company should call you first. It is recommended that you ship to you home or work address if possible.
