Online Fitness Service and Support
In the unlikely event that you may need some assistance with your fitness equipment, either during the warranty period or after the warranty period, please visit;

and lodge your request. Make sure you have your serial number and receipt in hand.
This online support system will will issue you a web reference number within 5 minutes.
You will then be issued a Job number by the support team as your request is being assessed.

The online service system is efficient and accountable and provides peace of mind.
Please note: Unless otherwise stated, warranty period is 12 months from invoice date. Please retain invoices as proof of purchase and record your serial number. Warranty does not cover wear and tear and abuse, damage caused by corrosion, liquid spillage, power surges, lightning or leaking batteries.
